Most developers stop at the application layer. I don't — because I didn't start there. Before I was writing Laravel, I was running CCTV installs and network cabling, the kind of work where a mistake means a business can't see its own front door or process a payment. That's where the instinct for things that have to actually work comes from.
Today that shows up as multi-tenant SaaS platforms instead of switches and cameras — but the discipline is the same: understand the system end to end, ship something reliable, and stay close enough to the users to know when it isn't.
I'm the founder and full-stack engineer behind Qivioo, a multi-tenant SaaS e-commerce store builder, and Yaaqoot, an upcoming white-label salon operating system built as a straighter alternative to Fresha. Both run on Laravel and Filament, and Yaaqoot exists because a real salon needed something better than what it had.
